I am allowed to refuse a commission I am not comfortable with, e.g., one that falls outside my skill/comfort zone.
Refunds are only applicable before moving on from the sketch phase.
You own designs created through commission or purchased, so you are free to change the design/character as much as you want, as long as the original references are credited.
Plagiarising designs or removing credit to resell without permission will result in the character's rights being revoked.
I will revise as many times during the sketch phase, but in the lineart phase I will only revise up to 3 times.

Feel free to ask for examples of different aspects of my work or experiences before commissioning. Especially when you have a more complicated idea in mind, ask if I can!
On that note, I do love drawing complicated designs. I will draw mecha/armour/etc.
I am fine with drawing OCxCANON or characters from fictional media/games/etc.
You are allowed to request updates to the work, but please keep them reasonable.
